Real Estate Web Forms is a reduced version of the society’s new Web Forms package and has been specifically designed to allow Real Estate Agents to create PC generated versions of pre-printed real estate legal forms at the touch of a button.

The package consists of six of the most commonly used forms, which are the Agreement for Sale & Purchase of Business, Agreement for Sale & Purchase of Real Estate, Agreement for Sale & Purchase - Vendor Addendum, Agreement for Sale & Purchase - Purchaser Addendum, Agreement to Lease and the Agreement to Assign Lease. It is also envisaged that the new Auction and Tender forms will be added upon approval from REINZ.

There is a full technical support network available, including a telephone helpdesk, email support and a regular newsletter, In[FORM]ation.

In[FORM]ation is the newsletter for users of the Auckland District Law Society’s various Electronic Legal Forms (ELF) packages. It provides users of the electronic package with updates on new forms and forthcoming releases. It will also incorporate tips on using legal forms more effectively by providing advice on some of the most common queries.
